Description
Bass-Power+ in the quartet version was created after a solo piece of the 2nd volume of the double bass school “Ich spiele Kontrabass” and was arranged in such a way that the solo part (melody) was distributed among all players. The four parts cover different levels of difficulty. The 4th bass moves exclusively in the first two positions, while the second sometimes reaches the thumb position. 1st and 3rd bass move in between, but do not reach the thumb position. The piece is very suitable for ensemble lessons in the music school.
